Genealogy Geek provides a professional review by the editor for inclusion into the Genealogy Geek Internet Directory. By submitting a web site, you are acknowledging that the payment is for a review of that web site, and does not constitute inclusion in the Genealogy Geek Internet Directory.

Payment Information
All payments are due upon submission. If your listing is not approved for any reason we will refund your money back to you.

Eligibility Requirements
Genealogy Geek will not accept the following:
Websites that include or promote illegal content.
Websites that use redirects to another web address.
Websites that are not about genealogy or online record resources.

Placement
Genealogy Geek reserves the right to edit the titles and descriptions, and move submissions from page to page, and category to category.

Termination
Genealogy Geek reserves the right to terminate a website from our directory for any breach of the terms of service. Genealogy Geek may also at any time discontinue the service with or without notice. And, Genealogy Geek shall not be liable for termination of services.

Genealogy Geek may provide links to other websites or resources. Because Genealogy Geek has no control over such websites or resources, you acknowledge and agree that Genealogy Geek is not responsible for the availability of these external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, ads, products, or other materials on or available from these websites or resources.
